Sometimes the heart cannot receive what the mind rejects. Sometimes people have an intellectual roadblock to understanding the Gospel. If that is you, we would love to help. Ultimately, it is God who draws us to Jesus (John 6:44). However, God can use our minds, through our ability to think, understand and study to help us out. Thomas, one of the disciples had trouble believing (John 20:24-29). When Jesus was about to cast the demon out of a boy in Mark 9 the father responded, “I believe, help my unbelief.” (see also Mark 9:24).
Do not let your questions or your doubts keep you from seeking the Lord. Let us help. Our pastor loves it when people are honest about their questions and doubts. He loves to talk about the evidence behind the Bible and the Gospel.
